About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. As a key member of our Community Ambulatory Care Service, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Community Ambulatory Care Service, including dealing with patient enquiries, handling paper and computerized patient records, and data inputting.
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure the smooth running of clinics and services.
- Offer a professional and efficient service to patients and visitors, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 5 A-C GCSEs or equivalent and/or NVQ level 2.
- Knowledge and experience of the local community.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Good empathy skills.
- Able to respect confidentiality.
