We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our high-end residential project in North London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing design teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client requirements and project objectives
  • Lead design team meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage design development process, including tracking progress and identifying potential issues
  • Collaborate with external design teams to ensure compliance with planning consent and building regulations
  • Coordinate drawings and ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading design teams on high-end residential projects
