Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

This role focuses on leveraging military experience and skills to drive innovation in the private sector. At ENGINEERINGUK, former military personnel are driving innovation and raising the bar on customer experience.
Our team maintains and optimizes technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. Focusing on planned preventative maintenance, you will engage in mitigation of risks by proactively addressing and resolving issues. Raising the availability and quality of the equipment is the daily job.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
- React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected stakeholders and work efficiently to fix the issue.
- Support and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
- Management of contractors.
- Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
- Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
- Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
- Experience of sortation machines.
- Experience of print and apply machines.
