About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Adults Services team in the North West. As a Mental Capacity Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the mental capacity of adults in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of mental capacity in adults
  • Develop and implement care plans to support individuals with mental capacity issues
  • Work closely with the team manager and other professionals to ensure effective support

Requirements

  • At least 1 year post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker
  • Considerable experience in mental health and mental capacity assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work remotely 3 days a week. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work independently.
