Mace is seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for Mace's value of safety first and lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to manage and influence project outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the construction lead and project senior leadership team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, including site supervision, quality control, and health and safety.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and quality control documents.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Mace's policies, procedures, and industry standards, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- NEC Supervision experience, with a strong understanding of NEC 3 or 4.
- Knowledge of construction methodology and processes, with a focus on relevant structural, facade, and fit-out disciplines.
- Experience in managing small packages or areas of work, with a proven track record of successful site management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of Mace's systems and internal standards, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
