Maths Educator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maths Educator to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a Maths Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths education to adult learners in a prison setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality maths curriculum to adult learners in a prison setting
- Carry out all tasks associated with teaching, including lesson planning and assessment
- Work collaboratively with the education department to ensure the smooth delivery of maths education
- Contribute to the development of maths education programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics
- A Degree, or professional qualification, which is appropriate to the work
- Teaching Qualification
- Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies
- Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills
