As a Recruitment Specialist at Rullion Limited, you will be integral to the Talent Acquisition team, enhancing their recruitment strategy by overseeing the complete hiring process for permanent and fixed-term roles up to mid-level.

Key Duties:
- Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process utilizing the Smart Recruiters applicant tracking system, from vacancy initiation to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Consultative Support: Offer expert advice to hiring managers regarding role approval, attraction strategies, selection methods, shortlisting, assessment techniques, and offer management, ensuring adherence to compliance and best practices.
- Training and Development: Educate and mentor hiring managers on effective recruitment practices, Smart Recruiters functionality, and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Interview Management: Collaborate with departmental coordinators to schedule and manage interviews, ensuring all logistical and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Promoting Diversity: Actively advocate for diversity and work to eliminate bias in all recruitment efforts, supporting Rullion Limited's commitment to equality.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, aiming to enhance time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity statistics.
- Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and external job fairs to position Rullion Limited as an employer of choice.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations within established frameworks, address candidate inquiries, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for complex negotiations.
- Visa Guidance: Provide advice on processes for candidates needing visa sponsorship, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Process Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and procedures to boost efficiency, compliance, and fairness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators, offering support and coverage as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate in HR Practice / CIPD Foundation award in Resourcing Talent or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in managing in-house or agency recruitment campaigns for various roles.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media tools for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Smart Recruiters.
- Strong understanding of recruitment-related employment legislation and best practices.
- Expertise in diverse assessment tools and methodologies.
- Proven success in enhancing recruitment practices and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
