We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at The Healthcare Hub. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the National Minimum Standards for Care Homes.
- Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and administration, to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification (RMA) or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a care home environment, preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
