About the Role
As a Relief Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and comfort of our prestigious Thomas Court estate. Your responsibilities will encompass providing domestic support and housekeeping services to our homeowners, maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas, and assisting with lifestyle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional housekeeping services within homeowner apartments, including laundry care.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all communal areas, such as lounges, dining rooms, and hallways.
- Providing support during service times in the Bistro or Restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our homeowners.
- Offering companionship and assistance to homeowners with errands, appointments, or social activities.
About You
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who possesses excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, or domestic services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with homeowners.
- A reliable and punctual nature, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
