As part of our expanding technology division, you will provide essential support across various domains, including Operations, Applications, Service Desk, and Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Management of the Microsoft Cloud Environment: Oversee and administer our cloud infrastructure.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of the cloud environment, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Migrations: Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations utilizing third-party tools.
  • Monitoring: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies for all systems.
  • Security Policies: Collaborate with security personnel to enforce and review security protocols.
  • IT Support: Provide coverage for all critical IT infrastructure components.
  • Issue Escalation: Timely escalate issues to the IT Service Desk Manager.
  • Project Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of various projects.
  • Training: Educate Service Desk and Infrastructure teams on service-related matters.
  • Systems Training: Deliver training sessions on systems and procedures, both individually and in groups.

Required Skills: If you possess a blend of the following skills, we would like to hear from you:

  • System analysis, capacity planning, testing, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects.
  • Proficiency in tenant migrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including O365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
  • Understanding of O365 functionalities, licensing, and administration.
  • Experience with InTune and VMWare.
  • ITIL knowledge, particularly in change, problem, and incident management, is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key infrastructure components.
