About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust as a Health Inequalities Programme Support Officer. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to oversee and manage projects that address health inequity in the Eastern Devon area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and coordinate projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Connect with local people, organisational partners, and colleagues to engage, join up, or transform how services are delivered.
  • Contribute to the effective development of the One Eastern Devon Local Care Partnership and the development of One Communities/Health & Wellbeing Alliances in Eastern Devon.
  • Work with a wide range of partners to help develop or establish alliances of key stakeholders at neighbourhood/market town level to articulate the views and insights of people and communities.
  • Support the VCSE community in Eastern Devon and work on projects related to social health, population health management, and long-term conditions support.

  • Ability to develop and sustain trust-based relationships and work effectively in partnerships.
  • Excellent coordination, facilitation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to operate in a complex and changing environment.
