The staff operates on a rota that includes alternate Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Social Care

  • SVQ Level 2 or equivalent

The Support Worker will play a crucial role in developing daily routines and activities. The primary focus is to ensure clients remain engaged and secure while participating in community activities that they enjoy. We encourage our staff to contribute innovative ideas for activities and clubs as our services evolve.

Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Social or Health Care environment. A friendly demeanor and a passion for community engagement are essential, along with patience and a willingness to assist with various tasks, which may include light housekeeping or accompanying clients to appointments. You will be responsible for implementing and managing strategies that aid clients in navigating their daily lives.

Most service users can utilize public transport, while some may require a vehicle for travel.
