Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers during their absence, ensuring continuity of learning and minimizing disruption to students.
- Take responsibility for a class of students, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to teachers and other staff members as required.
- Excellent interpersonal, ICT, and administrative skills.
- Ability to relate well with children and adults.
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
