**Job Summary**

We are looking for a friendly, organised and efficient individual to work directly alongside our head of department and take on an existing caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional to learn and develop by working closely with a highly experienced and knowledgeable leader, to work on a variety of matters, and to eventually progress into a supervisory position themselves.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactional matters. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
  • Working closely with the head of department to develop and implement effective case management strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, and implementing these changes in our firm's procedures
  • Contributing to the development of our firm's conveyancing team, including mentoring and training junior colleagues
