As the Senior Performance Analyst - Direct Payments Oversight, you will take on responsibilities that include assisting the team manager in strategizing the team's objectives and workflow. Your contributions will be vital in the redesign of the Direct Payments service, including the creation of processes and training programs for staff to adopt new operational methods.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to extract and manipulate data from various reports. You should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and be adept at navigating complex challenges, employing a strategic mindset to develop effective solutions.

This position will also involve the monitoring and auditing of Direct Payment accounts, preparing financial documentation, and providing support and guidance to colleagues, clients, and partners regarding Direct Payment inquiries.
