About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Consultant to join our team at Alscient in Leeds. As a Field Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on the use of Salesforce Field Service.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce Field Service. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients to maximize the benefits of the platform and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the use of Salesforce Field Service to clients
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions using Salesforce Field Service to meet client business needs
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of Salesforce Field Service and provide training and support to clients as needed
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience as a Salesforce Field Service technical consultant
  • Experience installing SFS managed package and configuration using guided setup
  • Strong understanding of SFS scheduling, optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules & service objectives
  • Understanding of SFS resource management, including contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup, inventory management (return, request & track)
  • Understanding of Field Service mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture, capabilities and how to complement it with supporting architecture including Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications
  • Experience with SFS architecture, work order, service appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, un-scheduling, preventive maintenance and configuration of dispatcher Gantt
  • Capability to integrate via API in and out of Salesforce
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification would be advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving
  • Experience in scoping, planning, and presenting project plans
