Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator - Application Packager to support our clients in maintaining the operational status and maximizing availability of assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving significant issues, maintaining high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and working collaboratively as a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Excellence: Provide a resilient, cost-effective, and highly available infrastructure to the business, enabling the deployment, management, and maintenance of hosted services.
- Manage Infrastructure Systems: Ensure planning, end-user impact, change management, and problem management are properly addressed and monitored to meet deadlines, budgets, and service levels.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve problems, escalating to team members or other teams and vendors when required.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with other teams within IT Operations to enable better support and communication.
- Technical Skills Development: Maintain technical skills to benefit from new and emerging technologies, making informed decisions to support the business.
- Attend Technical Briefings: Participate in technical briefing and support groups to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Support System Road Maps: Understand and develop support system road maps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Application Packaging Experience: Possess experience in packaging applications, including moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

- Microsoft Configuration Manager: Top skill required.

- Ivanti Workspace Control: Desirable.
- Ivanti Device and Application Control: Desirable.
