Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Oversee a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution, including complex cases.

  • Investigation and Evidence Gathering: Conduct thorough investigations, obtain medical records, and analyze evidence to build a strong case.
  • Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate settlements with defendants to achieve the best outcome for clients.
