About the Role
We're seeking a skilled BTE Underwriter to manage their own portfolio of insurance business and collaborate with our sales team to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess new insurance business applications, providing quotes and prices for one-off insurance cover.
- Analyze historical trends and claims experiences to set renewal terms and ensure portfolio profitability.
- Monitor and manage the insurance portfolio to meet our risk appetite and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Support the sales team to deliver award-winning service and drive business growth.
About You
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent Excel skills and the ability to understand historical trends and future projections. Proven experience in a relevant field is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
