Network Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our UK ICT team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities to develop, deliver, and support the infrastructure and upgrades needed to deliver our programme.

You will work closely with our Head of Global Infrastructure and European IT Director to ensure all solutions are in line with our company policies and standards. Your role will involve providing technical and project management support, defining, managing, tracking, and proactively delivering technical solutions to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to the team
  2. Develop and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements
  3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful delivery
  4. Ensure all solutions are aligned with company policies and standards
  5. Act as a liaison between the project team and BAU support team

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  2. Understanding of ITIL and Prince 2 practices
  3. MCSE certification and at least 5 years of experience in desktop and application rollouts
  4. Ability to think creatively and work under pressure
  5. Effective time management and organizational skills
  6. Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply them in the work environment

Technical Skills:

  1. Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration
  2. Windows 10 operating system
  3. Azure Portal
  4. Microsoft Intune
  5. uniFLOW management software
  6. Meraki Access Points
