About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hospital Director to join our team at Priory. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational and financial plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working at a senior level in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong understanding of operational and financial planning.
  • Experience of making informed decisions in challenging circumstances, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and services.
