Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at 381 MS Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the visual identity of our brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, and print materials, ensuring a cohesive visual brand identity.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines, driving business growth and engagement.
  3. Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, CorelDraw, Figma, and other relevant software to bring concepts to life.
  4. Develop mockups and prototypes for review and feedback, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  5. Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms, providing a seamless user experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design quality, driving innovation and excellence.
  7. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  3. Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively, driving business results and growth.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience with specialized software, such as stigmatise software, to enhance design capabilities.
  2. Understanding of present techniques in graphic design, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
