About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work with our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist geriatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Participate in educational and training activities to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- MB ChB/MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- MRCP and CCT in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent.
- Full Registration and license to practice with the GMC.
- Successful health screening.
- Demonstrates honesty, commitment, and integrity.
- CCT in GIM or equivalent.
- Extensive training and experience in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
- Evidence of ability to pursue independent research.
- Specific training in communications skills, teaching, and management.
