About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives in our cutting-edge company. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and impact of our solutions. Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve quality management systems in accordance with industry standards (ISO 9001).
  • Oversee quality control processes, including inspections and verification of products.
  • Implement and manage corrective and preventative actions (8D, CAR) to address quality issues.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, performance, and non-conformities for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Slough, Berkshire.
