Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, providing guidance, and promoting positive change.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a key worker to a caseload of service users, providing regular support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Conduct assessments, risk management planning, and provide psycho-social interventions to support service users in their recovery journey.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
