The primary objective of this role is to provide a top-tier admissions and recruitment service for prospective students, delivering official and professional guidance while continuously enhancing service quality. This position is crucial in assisting the Head of Admissions throughout the applicant journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Key responsibilities include leading the admissions team to effectively oversee the complete admissions process, from initial inquiries to registration. This encompasses regular reporting on admissions metrics, monitoring and analyzing admissions data, assessing customer satisfaction within the admissions framework, and fostering relationships with academic colleagues.
