We are seeking a skilled Machine/Coater Operator to join our team at ROTHERWOOD RECRUITMENT (2020) LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Silicone Coating machine with precision and attention to detail.
  • Follow established work instructions and customer specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular quality checks at each stage of production.
  • Pack finished products with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in coating or printing is essential, with full training provided for the right candidate.
  • Background in machine operation is a significant advantage.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role.
Location and Working Hours:

Our client is based in Altham, with two shifts available: Day Shift (7am-7pm) and Night Shift (7pm-7am).

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is from £11.50 per hour, depending on the shift, with a shift allowance included.

After a 3-month probation/training period, there is potential for a salary increase for the right candidate.
