Job Title: Senior ILS Engineer

Marshall is seeking a highly skilled Senior ILS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Defence Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ILS solutions in accordance with Defence Standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct reliability and maintainability analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Populate the Logistic Support Analysis Record with analysis results and provide support to the Proposals Department in writing ILS plans for tender proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ILS tasks and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ILS, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent with knowledge of Defence Standards, MLS military shelter systems, and ILS software.
  • Experience in ILS, reliability, and maintainability with a strong understanding of Quality Management and Control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer packages such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Windchill (RELEX).
