Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Cartier. As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Achievements
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a unique and exceptional experience during sales interactions.
    • Master the art of sales, from welcome to close, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Adapt to client needs and motivations, and strive to surprise and delight them.
    • Effectively handle negotiations and objections, and transmit the passion and values of the Maison.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in case of after-sales support.
    • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
    • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty through targeted CRM actions and client events.
    • Efficiently develop the client portfolio, and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison, showcasing the brand's values and expertise.
  • Boutique Operations
    • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures, and participate in inventory management and visual merchandising initiatives.
    • Assist with special projects and undertake administrative tasks and stock room related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment.
  • A sales-oriented target-driven background, with excellent customer service credentials.
  • Experience of dealing effectively with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English, with ideally one or more relevant touristic languages (European, Arabic, Chinese).
  • IT literate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong communicator with empathy and good interpersonal competences, with a result and action-oriented entrepreneurial mindset.
