We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our team in Community Paediatrics. As a key member of our Specialist Services Strategic Business Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Work closely with primary care and mainstream mental health services to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular audit and quality assurance programmes to maintain high standards of care.
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years' full-time postgraduate training in psychiatry or equivalent experience and competencies.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in CAMHS.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of bio-psychosocial perspectives.
- Mentoring support for new Consultants.
