About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting management and re-inspection surveys to exclusively healthcare type buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct management and re-inspection surveys to healthcare type buildings
  • Use an in-house template provided by the client to conduct surveys
  • Submit site reports to the Derbyshire office on a weekly basis
  • Write up site reports into full surveys for sign-off
  • Ensure surveys are conducted in accordance with UKAS standards
Requirements
  • P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification
  • Experience with R&D surveys
  • Experience within the commercial sector
  • At least 6 months post-qualification experience
