Position Title: Subsea Geosciences Program Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee offshore field operations and documentation for Site Characterization initiatives
  • Direct project teams, manage data collection, engage with clients, and uphold project standards
  • Provide support for Survey and Positioning services as required

Core Functions

  • Plan and supervise projects, including risk assessment and financial oversight
  • Ensure project goals are achieved within established parameters
  • Outline the scope for specialized projects and cultivate innovative solutions
  • Draft project-specific protocols, track budgets, and compile reports
  • Contribute to training, performance evaluations, and business growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in marine survey operations and leadership
  • Familiarity with Geosciences technical data collection methodologies
  • PMP certification or the capability to obtain it within a year
