Mortgage Case Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our team at Coast Specialist Recruitment. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status, proactively progressing mortgage applications through to completion, and dealing with incoming calls, emails, and post.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with Lenders and Providers: Regularly communicate with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status.
  • Mortgage Application Progression: Proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Client Communication: Deal with incoming calls, emails, and post, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Diary Management: Book client appointments and maintain a well-organized diary.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Complete Broker Checklist, including compliance checks on all documentation, and perform ID checks.
  • Fact Finding and Suitability: Complete Fact Find & Suitability Letter on the Key system.
  • CRM Updates: Update our CRM Tool with relevant information.
  • Lead Introducer Updates: Inform lead introducers of business levels and case status.
  • Offer Checks: Complete offer checks to ensure smooth processing.
