We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join our busy head office based in Northamptonshire.

This fast-paced and target-driven role requires a motivated, self-starter with previous Estate Agency valuing experience who can instantly hit the ground running and establish themselves as a key player within our team.

• Represent and promote the brand and their estate agency services within the local area
• Carry out market appraisals/property valuation appointments
• Build strong relationships and provide marketing and property advice to prospective sellers
• Generate property valuation/appraisal opportunities
• Convert Property Valuation leads and appointments into listings
• Work seamlessly alongside the Sales, Admin and Marketing team to launch properties to the market
• Carry out regular vendor contact including property performance reports, interest levels, feedback, market conditions etc
• Assist the sales team with viewings and negotiations during busy periods, weekends and holiday cover

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Minimum 12 months of Property Valuation/Listing experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Track record of working within a target-driven environment
• High levels of customer service
• A good understanding of the Northamptonshire property market
• Well-presented, ambitious and a self-motivated "go-getter"
• Able to provide a professional and friendly approach to Estate Agency
