About the Role:

A reputable care provider, PSR Solutions, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their team of care professionals in a nursing home located in a desirable area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Manage the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home, including budgeting and financial planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
  • Previous leadership experience in a UK nursing home is essential
  • Good clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
