Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Construction Manager to oversee BIM activities from preconstruction through to project delivery on a significant correctional facility initiative. This role involves hybrid working arrangements, with occasional travel to the project site.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulate the BIM strategy for the initiative.
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings alongside the Design Manager, which may include activities such as live walkthroughs, clash detection, problem resolution, and spatial coordination.
  • Compile assessments of the supply chain for commercial selection purposes.
  • Draft and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Oversee the implementation and seamless operation at the site level.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines is advantageous, stemming from a design or construction background.
  • Demonstrated BIM expertise, including proficiency with authoring tools.
  • Commitment to quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a creative and independent approach to problem-solving.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in fostering a collaborative BIM project team.
  • Strong management and organizational capabilities.
Your Qualifications
  • Recognized BIM certification.
