Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete associated paperwork and reports.
  • Perform reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • Participate in a call-out rota to provide 24/7 coverage for our clients.
  • Proactively reduce energy consumption on site, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all work-related documentation.
  • Work safely and diligently, adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, leveraging your skills and capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Commercial Gas ACS qualifications, including COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A. TPCP1 and BMP1 are advantageous.
  • Experience working within a mobile service delivery contract.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Strong customer care focus and good communication skills.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and diagnose faults.
  • Full UK Driver's license and Enhanced DBS Check.
