Key Responsibilities:

As the Lead Engineering Manager, you will oversee the upkeep of company assets, ensuring adherence to both technical and legal standards, while achieving maintenance and energy efficiency targets. Your role will involve:

  • Monitoring energy usage across hotel facilities and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant technical and legal regulations.
  • Implementing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols and serving as a preventative resource for risk-related activities.
