Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team as a Service Engineer. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plant and agricultural machinery in the Bristol and South West area.

About the Role:
  • Attend breakdowns at client sites and carry out service and repairs on plant and agricultural equipment
  • Carry out routine maintenance, examinations, and fault finding
  • Work a local patch around Bristol with door-to-door pay and occasional staying away
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, early finish on Fridays
About You:
  • Plant Fitter or Engineer with experience in diagnostics and fault finding from an Agri or Plant background
  • Full UK Driver's Licence

This is a highly autonomous role where you will plan your own schedule and work independently. You will receive expert, manufacturer-accredited training on our core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. There are also opportunities for progression into supervisory positions and even depot management for highly motivated employees.
