We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers in the Adult Disability Domiciliary Service, Leyland South Ribble.
About the RoleAs a Community Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in different settings, helping them to live independently. You will work with people who need additional help, providing assistance with daily tasks, learning new skills, and promoting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals in their own homes, residential homes, short break services, or out in the community.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Help individuals to learn new skills, such as cooking, cleaning, or managing finances.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
