Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will:

  • Utilize various material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts to efficiently load and transport goods.
  • Ensure that products are stored securely and labeled accurately.
  • Package and label orders meticulously to minimize returns.
  • Assist with loading and unloading operations while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inspect inventory for any defects or damages, reporting issues to management.
  • Occasionally provide assistance to customers at the Trade Counter.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Report any health and safety concerns promptly, following established procedures.
  • Engage in training to develop multi-skilled capabilities.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  • 30-minute break

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with competitors and group companies is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Willingness to perform manual handling tasks as required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including potential shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Current Forklift, Counterbalance, or Reach Truck license is required.
