We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioners to join our Children's In Care South teams in Sleaford and North Hykeham. As a key member of our team, you will work with complex cases, managing high-risk plans and undertaking specialist assessments and interventions.

About the Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing high-risk plans and undertaking specialist assessments and interventions
  • Providing mentoring, coaching, and support to less experienced team members
  • Developing and implementing practice expertise to improve social work outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
