Fortius Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Advisor to join our team. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls to the relevant team members in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage email inboxes and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide basic support for the Fortius Clinic patient portal and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Services Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in the departmental rota and be flexible in responding to service needs.
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Math (or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Experience of clerical and administrative work.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload without direct supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Flexible helpful attitude.
- Previous experience of working in a clinical or medical setting would be advantageous.
