About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team, where you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from first-time buyers to experienced homeowners. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for advising on and arranging residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as providing expert guidance on award-winning non-regulated insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Estate Agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as provide expert guidance on award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
  • Work with and provide feedback to the Residential team in respect of progress to leads provided.
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or Financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed your goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
