Internal Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As an Internal Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Providing coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies

The role is based in Kettering, with commutable locations including Market Harborough, Oundle, Huntingdon, Wellingborough, Thrapston, Corby, Oakham, Uppingham, Rushden, Bedford, Irthlingborough, and Northampton.
