Job Title: Change Management Specialist

SCS Railways is seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team on the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing change associated with the works, including reporting and liaison with the Customer's commercial and/or project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess change impacts against the program, focusing on Delivery Unit Change, and consolidate change
  • Develop, manage, and report project metrics
  • Liaise and negotiate with the Customer's commercial and/or project team
  • Assist the Delivery Unit Commercial Managers with the implementation of commercial procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements
  • Manage and lead relevant Risk Reduction meetings
  • Manage and lead Delivery Unit Change Management meetings
  • Investigate and draft contract communications, including General notices
  • Provide contractual and commercial risk advice to the commercial team
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management
  • Experience in working complex building, civils works, or MEP Works
  • Claims and dispute resolution working experience
  • Good presentation and Excel skills
  • Ability to motivate others and provide training where necessary

As a Change Management Specialist, you will work on the HS2 project, a high-speed rail network in the UK. You will be part of the Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) team, delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract.
