We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Networking Women in the Fire Service as a Dyslexia Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Fire Protection Training Support and Performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Fire Protection Training Support and Performance team
- Assist with data capture and produce accurate statistical information
- Develop and maintain databases to support reporting and information interrogation
- Support the team in achieving their objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, including knowledge of financial/administration systems
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
