Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer to join our team in Exeter. As a Private Client Lawyer, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on a range of matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and best practices, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's private client practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 1-4 years PQE in private client work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent financial management.
  • Solid academic record.
