About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trust Officer to join our team at Ocorian. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to a select group of high net worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Administration: Take responsibility for the administration and accounting needs of a number of high net worth individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Deal with incoming correspondence expeditiously, responding to client requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk exposure by ensuring that Ocorian policies and procedures are followed at all times, and escalating any uncertainty or issues arising promptly as appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service to clients, providing reciprocal assistance and support as required.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and contribute to the training and development of more junior members of staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to A level or degree standard, with a strong understanding of trust and company administration.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and company administration or a financial services environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Skills: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
