About the Role:
In this position, you will engage in the investigation and resolution of support requests from customers and internal stakeholders.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients while collaborating with the Technical Services team, which specializes in client support and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT role within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows desktop, Mac OSX, and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare vSphere infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products, including Office, Office 365 Exchange, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Support for on-premise and off-premise Anti-Spam/Email Security solutions.
  • Resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Working with networking equipment, including firewalls and Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Assisting with DNS changes and fixes at the domain level.
  • Monitoring and administering Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware solutions.
  • Maintaining and monitoring client infrastructure, including patching and broadband solutions.
  • Overseeing IT security and administrative support functions.
  • Providing excellent support, including procedural documentation and relevant reporting.
  • Escalating complex issues to 3rd line and on-site engineers as necessary.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors to resolve tickets.
  • Monitoring systems for smooth operation and investigating issues on RMM platforms.
  • Ensuring successful completion of monitored backups and resolving any issues.
  • Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize your own tickets and workloads effectively.
  • Participating in internal and vendor training for professional development.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and actions in the CRM.
  • Ensuring client confidentiality and security at all times.
  • Conducting remote chargeable jobs as required.
  • Performing additional support duties as requested by management.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Certifications:
Microsoft Certifications: MTA/MCSA - Windows Operating Systems / Networking / Server Administration.

TIA:
IT Fundamentals+ / A+ / Server.
